6-Week Fitness Challenge

After finishing On-Ramp, you’re ready for the 6-Week Fitness Challenge. This challenge builds on the mechanics that you learned during your on-ramp sessions by helping you become proficient in 18 foundational movements.

These 18 movements are explained in great detail (with pictures and videos) here. Below is a short video that explains the learning modules.


At the start of the 6-Week Fitness Challenge, you will receive your fitness prescription. Your “fitness prescription” is your membership at RxFIT and may look something like this:

  1. 4x week Group Classes

  2. 1x month visit with Nutrition Coach

  3. 1x week Personal Training

What days you come in, the time you train at, who coaches you, and when you take rest days are all based on your overall level found during the On-Ramp. Paired with what you’re hoping to accomplish, we tailor-make this challenge to help you reach your goals.

So what’s the challenge? It’s simple: Can you stay consistent to your fitness prescription?

Because the 6-Week Challenge is based on your performance data found in the On-Ramp, it’s guaranteed to produce results. We’re so confident in it that if you don’t get the results you want, but stay compliant to the plan, you can have your money back!

At the end of the challenge, we’ll sit down again and review your progress. We call these Goal Reviews. After the 6-Week Challenge, we may tweak your fitness prescription to better match your progress and goals (because you’re about to make a lot of improvement, fast).
