SLIPS is an acronym for Scales, L-Sits, Inversions, Planks, and Stretching. It can be used as a great warm-up for gymnastic-focused workouts. Or, it can be intensified and used for your workout of the day. In this video, I go over a few different modifications for the next time you see “SLIPS” programmed in for your WOD.
