An awesome machine, meant to last you 110 years. Just like all cool machines it comes with instructions or “code” you must follow for best use.

We are quick to wonder:

What exercise do I need more of?

Why do I feel crappy?

Just like all machines, our body is governed by systems that require some attention.

  1. Balance work and rest.

  2. Water 1/2 body weight in oz per day.

  3. Regular sleep and wake times

  4. Sun exposure-like a plant : )

  5. Daily exercise

  6. Eat according to your goals.

Health and wellness is not supposed to be complicated but that does not mean it is easy!
