I just had a big learning epiphany on organizational leadership. I hope you take the time to watch this 4-minute video.

I’ve tried typing this out but couldn’t get the emotion across in writing… so I recorded this video for you all:


We will gain traction as an organization based solely on how effective our meetings are. Effective meetings come down to not just solving issues, but solving the right issues.

When you’re in charge of leading the meeting, make sure what lands on your Opportunities List is relevant in scope. Don’t let issues that are only relevant to one or two people end up on the list to be solved in a group business meeting.
